Exam MCQ refund & access policy
Terms for Prometric-style question bank subscriptions purchased through You Recruit, a product of KPM Global Services UAE.
Billing entity
Exam MCQ subscriptions are sold by KPM Global Services UAE. Payment confirmations, refunds, and support requests are handled under KPM Global Services UAE using the contact details on this website.
Access period
Each specialty package includes 12 months portal access from the date credentials are issued. Access is for one individual subscriber and one specialty package unless a bundle states otherwise.
Delivery
Portal login for mcq.yourecruit.care is sent to your registered email within 2–3 business hours after payment confirmation. Contact us if you do not receive access within one business day.
Refunds
- Before access is issued: Full refund available if you cancel before portal credentials are sent.
- Within 48 hours of first login: Partial refund may be offered if you have viewed fewer than 50 questions — contact support with your order reference.
- After extensive use: Refunds are not available once substantial content has been accessed, as digital materials cannot be returned.
Usage restrictions
Question banks are for personal study only. Sharing login credentials, redistributing questions, or scraping content may result in immediate termination without refund.
