Terms & conditions

Terms governing this website and You Recruit services.

Effective date: 9 September 2026. These terms contain important disclaimers and limitations. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

1. Acceptance and contracting entity

By accessing https://yourecruit.care , submitting an enquiry, creating or using an account, purchasing a package, or instructing us to provide services, you agree to these terms and any quotation, order, engagement letter, service description, or policy incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

You Recruit is a digital product operated by KPM Global Services UAE , Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Unless a written agreement identifies another entity, your contract is with KPM Global Services UAE , which issues invoices, receives payments, and handles support and refunds.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a contract. If acting for a company, facility, candidate, healthcare professional, or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind or represent them and to provide their information. Additional written consent may be required for credential, recruitment, or regulatory submissions.

3. Website information

Website content is general educational and commercial information, not medical, patient-care, legal, immigration, tax, investment, or financial advice. Authority requirements, professional qualification rules, fees, assessment methods, timelines, facility standards, and labour rules change. Confirm the current position with the relevant regulator and obtain qualified advice before acting.

4. Licensing and regulatory services

We may assess apparent eligibility, review documents, explain published requirements, coordinate Primary Source Verification, assist with forms, monitor applications, and communicate with authorities when authorised. We are not DHA, DOH, MOHAP, DataFlow, Prometric, an embassy, immigration authority, educational institution, or professional regulator and are not affiliated with them unless expressly stated.

Regulators and source institutions control acceptance, verification, classification, exams, registration, licensing, renewal, transfer, and processing time. We do not guarantee approval, a particular professional title, exemption, timeline, or outcome. Estimates begin only after complete and accurate documents and required payments are received.

5. Recruitment services

Recruitment introductions do not guarantee interview, offer, visa, licence activation, employment duration, salary, performance, or candidate suitability. Employers make hiring and clinical-privileging decisions and must conduct legally required due diligence. Candidates must independently review the employer, role, contract, compensation, scope, insurance, visa, and workplace conditions. We do not charge candidates a recruitment fee where prohibited by applicable law.

6. Facility and business services

Facility licensing, clinic setup, compliance, workforce, and investment support is advisory and coordination-based. Commercial, health, municipal, civil-defence, planning, landlord, utility, insurer, and other approvals remain with their issuing bodies. Market, revenue, cost, timeline, and break-even information is illustrative unless a signed scope says otherwise. You remain responsible for professional legal, tax, accounting, clinical, architectural, engineering, and investment advice.

7. Exam and digital products

MCQ banks, mock tests, explanations, and study materials are educational aids. They are not leaked or official exam questions and do not guarantee a passing result. You must verify that you are preparing for the correct authority, profession, and title. Package-specific access, delivery, cancellation, and refund rules appear in the exam MCQ refund and access policy , which forms part of these terms.

8. Your information and documents

You confirm that information and documents are genuine, complete, current, lawfully obtained, and not misleading; that you have the right to provide them; and that names, dates, titles, and employment claims are accurate. You must promptly disclose discrepancies, refusals, sanctions, disciplinary matters, prior applications, and changes that may affect a service.

We may pause or terminate work if information appears altered, fraudulent, unlawful, unsafe, or materially incomplete. We will not create, alter, conceal, or submit false evidence. Source institutions and authorities are responsible for their responses and decisions.

9. Accounts and security

Account and portal credentials are personal unless a business plan states otherwise. Keep them confidential, use accurate account data, and notify us promptly of unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under credentials you control. We may require password changes, suspend compromised access, or apply reasonable usage limits.

10. Fees, payments, taxes, and chargebacks

Prices, currency, instalments, taxes, third-party charges, and deliverables are those displayed or quoted at purchase. Authority, PSV, exam, translation, attestation, courier, travel, visa, professional, and government fees are excluded unless expressly included. Such third-party fees may change and may be non-refundable.

Payments are processed for KPM Global Services UAE through the identified payment channel. You authorise the stated charge and must use a lawful payment method. Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to service suspension and recovery of permitted costs. We do not exclude statutory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that apply to you.

11. Cancellations and refunds

Any service-specific quotation, engagement letter, or refund policy applies first. Otherwise, completed work, time already spent, personalised assessments, delivered digital content, and paid third-party fees may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. If we cancel without cause before providing the paid service, we will refund the unearned amount. Consumers may have mandatory cooling-off, conformity, or remedy rights in their jurisdiction; nothing in these terms removes them.

12. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • break law, infringe rights, impersonate anyone, or submit fraudulent or patient-confidential data;
  • share, resell, scrape, copy, record, reverse engineer, or systematically extract restricted content;
  • probe security, bypass access controls or usage limits, introduce malware, overload systems, or automate unauthorised access;
  • harass staff or users, send spam, or use data obtained through the service for unlawful discrimination; or
  • represent our content, reports, or communications as regulatory approval or guaranteed advice.

13. Intellectual property

The website, branding, text, designs, software, databases, question banks, reports, templates, and original materials are owned by or licensed to KPM Global Services UAE and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased or public materials for their stated personal or internal-business purpose. No ownership transfers to you.

You retain rights in material you provide. You grant us a limited licence to host, copy, review, translate, format, and disclose it only as reasonably necessary to provide services, follow instructions, secure records, and meet legal obligations. Feedback may be used without confidential personal information or an obligation to compensate you.

14. Privacy and confidentiality

Our privacy and data protection policy and cookie policy explain personal-data handling. Each party must protect non-public business, credential, and commercial information received for an engagement and disclose it only as authorised, necessary for delivery, or legally required. This does not cover information already public without breach, independently developed, or lawfully received without confidentiality duty.

15. Third-party services

Authority portals, DataFlow, Prometric, employers, study platforms, payment providers, Calendly, WhatsApp, Google, LinkedIn, and other linked services are independently controlled. Their terms, availability, fees, security, and decisions apply to your use. A link or integration is not an endorsement or warranty.

16. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or universally available service. Maintenance, cyber incidents, provider outages, authority changes, force majeure, or legal restrictions may affect access. We may improve, replace, restrict, or discontinue features, with notice and remedies where required for paid services.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and general content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. This does not exclude express written commitments or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss; lost profit, revenue, opportunity, data, goodwill, employment, licence, exam result, or business interruption; or third-party authority, employer, source-institution, provider, or network acts.

For claims arising from a paid service, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service during the 12 months preceding the event, unless a signed agreement sets another lawful cap. For free website use, liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law. These limits apply only where fair and enforceable and do not reduce mandatory consumer remedies.

19. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, business users agree to indemnify KPM Global Services UAE against third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by their unlawful use, infringement, fraud, unauthorised disclosure, or material breach. This clause does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our breach or where consumer law prohibits it.

20. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the website and may terminate paid services under the applicable cancellation terms. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud, security risk, abuse, unlawful conduct, sanctions concern, or provider/regulator requirement. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. Terms concerning payment, confidentiality, IP, records, liability, disputes, and accrued rights survive.

21. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules, Dubai courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Before proceedings, each party should send written details and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution. Consumers may also use any mandatory complaint or alternative-dispute mechanism available where they reside.

22. International users

You are responsible for determining whether the website and services may lawfully be used in your location. We do not represent that UAE-focused services are appropriate everywhere. Mandatory local consumer, accessibility, privacy, and e-commerce rights prevail to the extent they cannot lawfully be waived.

23. General provisions

If a provision is invalid, it is adjusted or severed to the minimum extent and the remainder continues. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not assign a paid engagement without consent; we may assign it as part of a reorganisation or business transfer while preserving mandatory rights. These terms and incorporated written documents form the entire agreement for their subject matter. English controls unless law requires otherwise. Headings aid reading only.

24. Changes and contact

We may update these terms for legal, regulatory, security, provider, or service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be notified where required and will not retroactively remove accrued mandatory rights.
